So I walked away.

Maybe you are right where I was when I decided to start my own business.

Here's what I know to be true:

You cannot outperform the way you think. If you are not getting results, it's rarely because of your strategy.

You don't have a process problem. You likely have a consistency problem.

Desire is one thing, but without a plan it's nothing.

Knowledge isn't the missing piece. Consistent follow-through that gets it done is.

You can't see what you can't see, and you don't know what you don't know. That's exactly why the right help, at the right time, changes everything. The right help at the wrong time will keep you stuck.

The gap between knowing and doing? That's always the work.

And until you do that work, then usually the results don't change

No matter how hard you try.

Where This Came From

I didn't learn this from a coaching certification, and by the way I have 4 of those, because I got trapped in the 'I don't know enough' identity for a bit!

How I understood this was when I finally focused on what I knew. I worked as a Project/Program Manager for over 20 years on complex projects all over the world.

During that time, I was the one who was given a business idea and asked to turn it into a viable business plan. We had to prove it would make or save money, and that it could actually be operationally supported in the business.

Many ideas never made it past that vetting stage. Nor should they have. Not all ideas are sound business ideas, after all. But here's the thing, once an idea was approved, we built the plan. It told us who, how, how many, how much, and how long.

This is where I see most coaches, consultants, and online service providers going wrong (and this was me in the first few years of my business too - so I get it!).

We take an idea because it worked for someone else, and we assume it'll work for us too. We don't plan it. We don't understand it. We just jump straight into the doing.

And that's where it goes wrong. Because it isn't your plan. It didn't come from your expertise. And it certainly didn't represent the person you are now, or the one you're becoming.

So I built a method that treats your business the way I used to treat a project: think clearly about what's actually true, plan with intention instead of hope, and get the right things done in the right order.

I call it the Get It Done Method. THINK. PLAN. PROSPER. It's not borrowed. It's what I've watched work, over and over, for two decades before I ever called myself a coach and it is now how I help Business Owners just like you build and scale YOUR Business with Your Expertise, around YOU.

It's not a cookie cutter one size fits all thing, because you are unique and what you do is unique to you as well.

This is the daily work I do.

It's the daily work my clients who actually get results commit to.

And it's what we do together inside the BFF Club.

This work is never about hustling or doing more.
