You don't need another course. You don't need yet more strategy.
You already know what to do.
The problem is you are not doing it consistently enough for it to matter
You know what to do in your business… but you don't do it consistently
You keep restarting instead of building momentum
You get overwhelmed, then disappear for a few days
You consume content instead of creating visibility
You feel productive but nothing is actually moving forward
You keep thinking you need more clarity before you act (you don't)
You try lots of things and go nowhere, instead of doing one thing consistently
- LEI, BFF CLUB MEMBER
Not in theory. Right now. In real time.
Every week you stay in this pattern:
New leads joining your list
Clients you didn't reach out too
Sales conversations you didn't start
Offers you didn't make visible
Momentum you never built
Belief in your own ability to build your business quietly eroding
You can see other people moving. Building. Signing clients.
While you're still 'getting ready'
Keep doing what you do and you'll keep getting what you get.
This isn't laziness, though you sometimes think it is.
IIt also isn't a motivation problem, and it truly isn't a strategy problem.
Every time you go to do the work that actually grows your business, post something visible, make an offer, follow up a lead, start a sales conversation, something pulls you toward safer ground.
Tweaking the website. Again.
Refining the offer. Again.
Consuming more content.
Reorganising the plan.
Preparing a little more before you start.
It looks like work. It feels like progress. But nothing is actually moving.
Your brain is steering you away from anything that feels risky and toward anything that feels safe. And in your business, safe looks like busy.
Do something and it will lead somewhere. Do lots of things and you'll go nowhere.
That's not a discipline problem. That's a pattern. And you cannot break a pattern from inside it.
Nothing dramatic that's why this is one of the biggest reasons why businesses don't grow.
30 days from now, you'll probably still be where you are now:
Avoiding what you know needs to be done
Learning more instead of doing more
Refining things to get the 'perfect'
Telling yourself 'next week' again
Watching others move while you get ready
Same ideas. Same intentions. Same inconsistency.
And a slightly quieter belief in yourself than you have today.
Because avoidance compounds. Just like action does.
Action creates data.
Data creates momentum.
Momentum creates belief.
You do not think your way into momentum, into business results. You move and act your way into it.
"Here's what to do today. Do it. Report back
01
Every working day, a simple focused action designed to generate visibility, create leads and build momentum. No complexity. No choose your own wandering path. Just work to get done on that day which brings you closer to the result you want.
02
You don't get to drift. You show up. You do the work. You report in. Consistency is not a personality trait, it is a structure. This is the structure.
03
We review what actually got done, where you defaulted to avoidance, and what patterns are keeping you stuck. No generic coaching. Real time pattern interruption
04
Daily actions that put you in front of people, your ideal client. Create conversations and opportunities. Not content theory. Actual output. Actual Momentum. Actual People joining your list.
Before your sprint begins we have a short onboarding conversation. We agree on your one focus for the 30 days, the specific business-building actions that will move your business forward right now.
Not a list of everything you could do. Not a framework to figure out yourself.
One clear focus. Agreed together. Then we get it done.
That's what makes this different from every course you've bought and not finished. You're not working through someone else's curriculum. You're working through your own business, with structure, accountability, and someone who won't let you disappear.
Your smart, capable and still inconsistent
You already know what to do, you just don't do enough of it.
You're tired of starting over
You want momentum more than motivation
You're ready to stop overthinking and start "doing" the consistent work needed
You want another course to work through later
You're still looking for the perfect strategy
You're not willing to show up daily for 30 days straight
You want passive learning instead of actively doing
Not everything, but this does:
You stop disappearing from your business for days on end
You stop negotiating with yourself every single day
You build momentum instead of resets
You finally see what happens when you actually stay consistent
You start trusting yourself again
And that changes everything else downstream.
- MARIA, 30 DAY SPRINT CLIENT
WEEK 1
Get Clear
Lock in your 30 day plan. Define your daily action. No more 'what should I do today'. Just today I get this done. We stay with it. We get data. Build the proof.
WEEK 2
The Resistance
Your brain wants to quit, tweak, or switch lanes. This is normal. This is the pattern. I catch it before it derails you. You push through.
WEEK 3
Data Shows Up
First proof appears. Leads tracked. Conversations started. Visibility building. The compound effect begins. This is what consistency actually feels like.
WEEK 4
Proof Solidifies
30 days. You did it. Now you have data, not feelings, not intentions, actual evidence of what happens when you stay consistent. That changes everything.
You will miss a day, that is the point. We need to really understand 'why you do what you do', so we can stop it from happening, this is why we work to a 30 day schedule, to allow this to become so obvious we can't unsee it. We talk about what it was, come up with a strategy and recommit to it the next day. Missing "a day" is never a problem, staying gone is. The sprint is designed to bring you back, not shame you for being human.
It depends (don't you hate that). We will determine that when we meet and figure out what you want to focus on over the 30 days. On average it usually requires 15 to 30 minutes for the daily action. The weekly reset call is 60 minutes. That is it. If you have time to scroll, you have time for this.
Traditional coaching gives you strategy and insight. This gives you structure, daily action, and someone interrupting the avoidance pattern in real time, before it talks you out of the thing you were about to do. It is not about knowing more. It is about doing more. Consistently.
We agree a start date in your onboarding conversation. Spots are limited, this is a 1:1 container, not a group program.
For twenty years I flew around the world fixing businesses.
Million-dollar software deployments. Operational overhauls. Business reengineering projects across industries and countries. My job was always the same: walk in, find what's broken, build the plan, get it moving.
I only got paid when it worked.
Now I work with coaches, consultants, and service providers who are capable, committed, and stuck. Not because they don't know enough. Because something keeps pulling them away from the actions that actually build their business.
My thing: I find the problem within the problem. The one that's actually costing you -- not the one that looks like the problem from the outside.
I've been exactly where you are. I know what it feels like to know what to do and not be able to do it. I sat in a paddock with my horses one day and realised I hadn't sent a single email about my own business in three weeks. The woman who'd stood in front of executive committees telling them exactly what was broken -- completely undone by the idea of showing up for her own business.
That's why I built this. And that's why it works.
